Retirement
After her retirement from competitive play, Molesworth became one of the first female professional coaches in Australia. Until her death in 1985, she maintained a lifelong interest in the sport of tennis.
According to Wallis Myers of The Daily Telegraph and the Daily Mail, Molesworth was ranked World No. 10 in 1923.
On 19 June 1918, in Brisbane, she married Bevil Hugh Molesworth, an educator and radio broadcaster.
