Console Versions
Mafia was ported to PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2004. It was reported that because of the grand scale of the original PC game, sacrifices were made, and Illusion was not involved in porting the game. Some of the features of the PC version do not exist in the console port, such as police patrols around the city in Free Ride, and some aspects of the game's realism and graphics.
