Angela Wright (Stephnie Weir) is an eighth-grade girl at Boyd Junior High, who wears braces and typically appears in videos of her own creation. Her videos frequently consist of history projects for her teacher, Mrs. Rogers; one video also showed her attempting to stage a video for America's Funniest Home Videos. Debra Wilson played Angela's African-American best friend, Beth, and Josh Meyers played Billy Wright, Angela's brother. Paul Vogt plays Natalie, Angela's overweight Canadian cousin. Her videos sometimes attempt to prove her mistaken theories, which are mainly stereotypes (e.g. elderly white people hate black people). Angela's films end up disproving her theories, much to her surprise.
