Ma Xiaotian (Traditional Chinese: 馬曉天; Simplified Chinese: 马晓天; Hanyu Pinyin: Mǎ Xiǎotiān) (born 1949) is a general of the People's Republic of China. He is originally from Gongyi city in Henan province. He is currently the deputy head of the People's Liberation Army General Staff Department, and a General in the People's Liberation Army Air Force.
