Louisiana Highway 45 (LA 45) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Jefferson Parish. It spans 24.09 miles (38.77 km) in a south to north direction. It begins in the south as Jean Lafitte Boulevard in Lafitte and ends in the north as Barataria Boulevard in Marrero.
