Lou Diamond - Death

Death

His death at the Great Lakes, Illinois, Naval Training Center Hospital, September 20, 1951, was followed by a funeral, with military honors, at Sylvania, Ohio. Journalist Marc Parrott notes that Diamond's funeral service was Episcopalian. He was laid to rest at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania.
