Monica Draper was a fictional character who appeared on Blue Heelers on a recurring basis from 1995 to 2006. At the introduction of the series she was a Senior Sergeant, but sometime during 1995 or 1996 she was promoted to Inspector. She had a kind personality, but knew how to get the job done, and didn't let personal feelings get in the way. She seemed to be good friends with Tom Croydon, unlike Inspector Falcon-Price. She found out about her son,who she had put up for adoption when she was 16, during season 5.
