David Brown is an estate agent. He appeared in 2006 and was played as a cameo role by Peter Alexander, who played Phil Pearce in the soap between 1986 and 1988.
David Brown is an estate agent who is in the Kings River Showhome when it collapses. He is standing near Noreen Bell when she opens a cupboard door and turns on a light, creating a spark which starts a series of explosions and the collapses of the house. After being retrieved from the house, David dies after paramedics fail to revive him. Noreen also dies.
