Signore Carnato
An opera singer only appearing in "Mary Marvel" #3, who hates the swing movement. He disguises himself as a night watchman and places choking gas capsules inside a microphone, which causes crooners to lose their singing voice for 24 hours. While Mary is watching he is able to gas her and tie her up, but she held her breath meaning that her voice comes back quickly, she transforms into Mary Marvel, captures him and learns why he placed the gas there, then takes him off to a quiet resort.
