The Joseph Huber Brewing Company, headquartered in Monroe, Wisconsin, produces the Berghoff brand of beer, which was sold at in The Berghoff restaurant in Chicago, but made in Fort Wayne, Indiana, which became a Falstaff Beer brewery. Falstaff also had a malting facility in Chicago .
