- Spaniards and Portuguese after 1986
- East Germans after 1990
- Finns, Swedes and Austrians after 1995
- Estonians, Latvians, Lithuanians, Poles, Czechs, Hungarians, Slovaks, Slovenians, Maltese and Cypriots after 2004
- Romanians and Bulgarians after 2007
