List of Coronation Street Characters (1961) - Phil Braithwaite

Phil Braithwaite is first seen in March as a Town Hall employee who Ena Sharples went to complain to about her gas. He next appeared when he moved into the flat above the Corner Shop with his friend Norman. He was potentially a regular character but the Equity Actor's Strike prevented him from appearing just a few episodes after his return, and he was never seen again. Phil and Norman were said to have moved out of the flat in January 1962.
