The campus consists of four locations in Midtown Manhattan, all within walking distance of each other, and a state of the art residence hall on the Upper East Side:

On October 16, 2012, LIM College announced that they would more than double the size of its student lounge on the ground floor of the Maxwell Hall location by adding 4,500 square feet. This addition will create a larger social hub for student and the college will install device-docking stations to help make the lounge a destination for studying and socializing.
