Leroy Dubeck
Dr. Leroy William Dubeck (born March 1, 1939, in Orange, NJ) is a chess master and a chess politician and a Professor of Physics. He was president of the US Chess Federation (USCF) from 1969-1972. Dubeck also writes science fiction.
