Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD)
ILPD is a multi-party contract that specifies the use of lean practices as conceived in the Lean Project Delivery System. This distinction is needed because Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is now only referring to the multi-party agreement regardless of what practices are used, the so called IPD-lite or IPD-ish.
