Lauren met Grammy award winning rapper Lil Wayne. Over the years, Lil Wayne has penned several songs about Lauren including "Frontin Remix", "California Love", and "Youngin Blues". In November 2007 Lauren and Lil Wayne got engaged. On May 19, 2009, Lauren London announced, through her publicist, that she was pregnant by Wayne after weeks of speculation Lauren also stated that her and Wayne would not continue with their relationship On July 5, 2009, it was confirmed that Lauren was expecting a baby boy On August 18, 2009, during an interview with power 106, Lil Wayne confirmed that he was the father of Lauren's baby. On September 9, 2009, Lauren London gave birth to a 7 lb 12oz baby boy named Kameron Carter. Lil Wayne was by her side the whole time. In May 2011, Lauren opened up for the first time about her relationship with Lil Wayne, stating "I met Dwayne when I was 15 years old.
