Fabian and French singer Patrick Fiori began a relationship at the start of 1998.
She has been with Gerard Pullicino since 2006. On November 20, 2007 Belgian singer Maurane, revealed, during her concert at the Cirque Royal, that "...little Lou was born this morning!" referring to Fabian's first child and the father is Gerard Pullicino, a girl named Lou, born at the Edith Cavell Hospital in Uccle, Belgium.
