- Fall sports: cross country, field hockey, men's & women's soccer and women's volleyball.
- Winter sports: men's and women's basketball, indoor track and field, and swimming & diving.
- Spring sports: baseball, men's & women's lacrosse, outdoor track and field, softball, and men's & women's tennis.
Football is not sponsored by the Landmark Conference due to only having football programs at 5 of the institutions. Therefore, the United States Merchant Marine Academy competes in the Liberty League; Juniata College, Moravian College, and Susquehanna University compete in the Centennial Conference while Catholic University plays in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.
