Lady Zhen is featured as a playable character in Koei's Dynasty Warriors and Warriors Orochi video game series. She is referred to as "Zhen Ji" ("Lady Zhen" in Chinese) in the games. Though like every female character in the franchise, her name will be written Zhenji from Dynasty Warriors Next and Warriors Orochi 3 onward.
Miu Kam-fung portrayed Zhen Fu (Lady Zhen) in the 1975 Hong Kong television series God of River Lok produced by TVB. In 2002 TVB produced a similar television series titled Where the Legend Begins, starring Ada Choi as Zhen Fu.
