Varsity Girl's Soccer: The first team from Johnson High School to go to the State Champions in their sport. Track: On April 13, 2011, The Johnson Track Teams made history at the NEISD Districts meet. The J.V. Boys, J.V. Girls, Varsity Girls, and Varsity Boys were awarded the title of District Champions; making history for having all four track teams win 1st place at the same time. In 2010 the Varsity Legacies Dance received 5th place for the high kick routine at the NDA national dance competition and in 2011 they received 4th place for high kick routine. Grant Morris and Prashant Naga are the first two Johnson players to be First Team All-District (unanimous) for Boy's Soccer.
