Notable weekday programming includes Coast to Coast AM overnights, "Farmer Dave" Schumacher on early mornings, McGraw Milhaven in morning drive, Steve Cochran on mid-days, Martin Kilcoyne on early afternoons, The Large Morning Show in the Afternoon, Sportsnight with John Marecek from 6PM-9PM weeknights. John Carney, a well known St. Louis area radio personality, returned to KTRS in June 2012 to host an evening program that begins at 9PM each evening that is similar in content to his former KMOX-AM show.
Weekend programming consists of how-to, advice, and trivia shows with occasional Mizzou sports events. National news is provided by ABC. Local news is presented by Victoria Babu, Michael Golde, Colin Jeffery, and Susan Smith-Harmon.
