Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is an Indian film editor. In the industry many called him Chanti Garu. He is the younger brother of Kotagiri Gopala Rao, who died on November 6, 2012, a known film editor and producer holding the banner of Kotagiri Films with which he produced several films, including Ooranta Sankranti.
