Religion and Beliefs
The Rajbongshi were primarily animist, but later on they followed Hinduism/Sanatana (both Shaiva and Vaishnabhite). Many of the Rabha people are Christians, both Roman Catholic and Protestants. Many are members of the Rabha Baptist Church Union.
