Kladruby nad Labem is a village and municipality in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic, located abot 6 km northwest of Přelouč or 22 km west of Pardubice. It has around 820 inhabitants.

Kladruby nad Labem is renowned as home of the Kladruber horse breed.
Up to 1918, the town was part of the Autro-hungarian monarchy, district of Pardubitz (Pardubice), Bohemia. The stamp cancelled in 1903 shows the 2 official names: KLADRUB A.D. ELBE and KLADRUBY NAD LABEM since the end of the 19th century.
