Name Change
On August 18, 2011 KK FMP entered into arrangement with financially struggling KK Crvena zvezda. On this day KK Crvena zvezda as a legal entity became legally frozen in the period of the following 5 years in order to pay off its mounting debts while on the same KK FMP changed its name to KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd, which from this day started using all of KK Crvena zvezda property. Though not a legal successor of KK Crvena zvezda (in that it doesn't assume its debts), KK Crvena zvezda Beograd does assume its historical heritage.
On February 14, 2012, Club changed name to KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd Diva, and sine 1. January 2013, club changed name according to new sponsor to KK Crvena Zvezda Beograd - Telekom (after new sponsor, Telekom Srbije)
