"Kiss a Girl" is the title of a song co-written and recorded by Australian country music singer Keith Urban. The song is the second single from his album Defying Gravity. It was released digitally on 10 March 2009, and it made its debut on the Hot Country Songs charts at #29. The song peaked at No. 16 on the Hot 100, making it his highest peak on the chart and only Top 20 to date. It written by Urban and Monty Powell.
The song was performed live by Urban and eventual "Idol" winner Kris Allen during the finale of eighth season of American Idol on 20 May 2009.
The song is part of the tracklist for Now That's What I Call Country Volume 2.
