Kingdom of Fouta Djallon

The Kingdom of Fouta Djallon (also the Kingdom of Fuuta Jallon and the Timbo Almamate) (1725-1896) was a pre-colonial West African state based in the Fouta Djallon highlands of modern Guinea.
