Khoo Boon Hui
Tan Sri Khoo Boon Hui (Chinese: 邱文晖; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Khu Bûn-hui), born in 1954 in Singapore, is the Senior Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Mr Khoo Boon Hui served as President of INTERPOL from 2008 to 2012. He was appointed the Commissioner of the Singapore Police from July 1997 to January 2010.
