Personal Life
Sheedy met his future wife Geraldine (Gerri) Currie in 1972, and they married in 1979 at St Ignatius' Church, Richmond. They have three daughters, Renee, Chelsea, and Jessica, and one son, Sam.
Sheedy was made a Life Member or the Strathmore Football Club on Thursday 18 August 2011.
