Box Office
Kevin & Perry Go Large was the top grossing film at the British box office over the Easter weekend of 2000, taking £2 million and making it the number one film in the UK. The next week the film was knocked off the top spot by Scream 3, but regained its number one position the week after, in a week in which box office revenues were down due to warm weather.

Famous quotes containing the words box and/or office:
“It all ended with the circuslike whump of a monstrous box on the ear with which I knocked down the traitress who rolled up in a ball where she had collapsed, her eyes glistening at me through her spread fingersall in all quite flattered, I think. Automatically, I searched for something to throw at her, saw the china sugar bowl I had given her for Easter, took the thing under my arm and went out, slamming the door.”
—Vladimir Nabokov (18991977)
“We often see malefactors, when they are led to execution, put on resolution and a contempt of death which, in truth, is nothing else but fearing to look it in the faceso that this pretended bravery may very truly be said to do the same good office to their mind that the blindfold does to their eyes.”
—François, Duc De La Rochefoucauld (16131680)
