Also located within the tower is The Dayton Racquet Club which offers a fitness center and business conducive dining and banquet facilities. There is also a large Chase Bank branch located on the second floor of the tower. In addition there is also a dry cleaners located on the ground floor, an optometrist, and a massage therapist is also located in the lobby on the ground floor.
