KHN recently broke ground on a $137 million 259,000-square-foot (24,100 m2) hospital in Beavercreek, Ohio. The hospital will initially have 90 beds and 200 employees. Once the entire medical campus is complete, the hospital will have 300 beds and 3,000 employees. The hospital will be full service including an emergency department, general surgery, orthopedic care, cardiac care, a birthing center, critical care and medical imaging and diagnostic services. Construction will be completed in 2012.
