Kentucky Route 1012 (KY 1012) is a 3.036 mile (4.886 km) long state highway in the Ashland, Kentucky area. The western terminus of the route is at U.S. Route 60 a quarter-mile south of Kentucky Route 766. The eastern terminus is at Kentucky Route 168 (Valley View Drive). The western portion of the route is known as Boy Scout Road, reflecting the road's proximity to a former Boy Scout camp. Near the eastern terminus, the road becomes Terrace Boulevard. 150 yards (140 m) north of where Terrace Boulevard begins, KY 1012 turns east onto South Belmont Street to reach KY 168.
