In keeping with its many Walter Scott references, Rose Street in Edinburgh has a bar called the Kenilworth.

Portland, Oregon, has a neighborhood called Creston-Kenilworth, the latter part of which is named for the novel.

Molly Wood introduces the Virginian to literature. Kenilworth appears to be his favorite novel. Several times he's mentioned carrying it.
