Katherine D. Ortega

Katherine Dávalos Ortega (born July 16, 1934) was the 38th Treasurer of the United States. She served from September 26, 1983 to July 1, 1989 in the Reagan Administration. Ortega also has the distinction of being the first female bank president in the state of California.
