Kasanui Station (笠縫駅, Kasanui-eki?) is a local railway station on Kintetsu Kashihara Line. It is located in Tawaramoto, Nara Prefecture, Japan, between Tawaramoto Station and Yamato-Yagi Station. It is near the Buddhist temple Jinraku-ji.
