Twenty20 League (KPL)
Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) has launched a zonal Twenty20 League to promote Twenty20 in the state of Karnataka called the Karnataka Premier League. The league consists of 8 teams which are from Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Shimoga, Davanagere and Bijapur. The teams are: Bangalore Brigadiers, Belagaavi Panthers, Bijapur Bulls, Malnad Gladiators Shimoga, Mangalore United, Mysore Maharaajas, Provident Bangalore, Shamanur Davanagere Diamonds
