School
The prestigious Qiandongnan National Polytechnic College is in Kaili. Currently it has four campuses with plans to move to a new campus outside of the city by Fall 2012. It is a technical school, consisting of majors such as nursing, accounting, forestry, hotel management, tourism, etc. The 2011-2012 school year marked the first year foreign teachers came to QNPC. The cross-cultural exchanges were vital in fostering a vibrant academic culture at QNPC.
Kaili is also home to Kaili University.
