Andy Hinds of Allmusic called it "an enduring and indispensable dancefloor favorite at goth/industrial clubs around the world." Greg Kot of the Chicago Tribune said it "swaggers like a Bourbon Street hooker, with crunching guitars and a swooping, gospelish chorus".
