Judy Biggert
Judith Borg "Judy" Biggert (born August 15, 1937) is the outgoing U.S. Representative for Illinois's 13th congressional district, serving since 1999. She is a member of the Republican Party.
Biggert was defeated in her 2012 re-election bid by former US Congressman Bill Foster. Due to redistricting, she ran in the reconfigured 11th congressional district. She will leave Congress in January 2013.
