Jubilee Oval - Naming Rights

Naming Rights

In October, 2008, OKI Printing Solutions decided not to renew the naming rights of Jubilee Oval, as the Dragons played at ANZ Stadium during the 2008 season due to re-developments at Jubilee. The naming rights ended on 31 October as the park reverted to its former name. It was officially announced on 25 December 2008, that the WIN Corporation had bought the naming rights for Jubilee Oval, now owning the rights for both of St. George Illawarra's home grounds, Jubilee Oval and WIN Stadium. It has been announced that Jubilee Oval is to be known as WIN Jubilee Oval.

Famous quotes containing the words naming and/or rights:

    The night is itself sleep
And what goes on in it, the naming of the wind,
Our notes to each other, always repeated, always the same.
    John Ashbery (b. 1927)

If the veil were withdrawn from the sanctuary of domestic life, and man could look upon the fear, the loathing, the detestations which his tyranny and reckless gratification of self has caused to take the place of confiding love, which placed a woman in his power, he would shudder at the hideous wrong of the present regulations of the domestic abode.
Lydia Jane Pierson, U.S. women’s rights activist and corresponding editor of The Woman’s Advocate. The Woman’s Advocate, represented in The Lily, pp. 117-8 (1855-1858 or 1860)
