Juan Vargas
Juan C. Vargas (born March 7, 1961) is a politician from San Diego, California. He serves as a state Senator in California, repesenting the 40th District. He is a Democrat. He is a former member of the California State Assembly and the San Diego City Council. In November 2012 he was elected to the United States Congress, representing the 51st congressional district.
