Joseph Jones (North Carolina)

Joseph Jones was a pioneer, farmer, militiaman, and statesman from Pasquotank County, North Carolina. When North Carolina established a revolutionary government in 1777, he was a member of the state senate. He introduced the bill that led to the creation of Camden County.
