She studied at Valeriano E. Fugoso Memorial School then finished her secondary education at Jose P. Laurel Sr. High School. She then took Bachelor of Music from the Conservatory of Music of the 400-year old Spanish-built University of Santo Tomas, majoring in Classical Voice with minor in piano.
