JISC aims to deliver a high quality collection of electronic resources, through its own Digitisation Programme, and by licencing content from commercial and other publishers. It negotiates consortium packages, enabling the education and research communities to benefit from the latest online resources at cost-effective rates. Some of these resources are subsidised by JISC.
