The area also plays host to the custom,immigration and quarantine(CIQ) complex of the Malaysian Government on the Malaysia-Singapore Causeway. A new CIQ is now under construction.
The Johor Bahru Train Station and the Senai International Airport City Lounge is also located in the area.
