Early Life
Creedon is the son of Bartholomew and Emma Glynn Creedon. He received his higher education at New York University undergraduate and law schools, where he was awarded a B.S. degree in 1952, magna cum laude, and an LL.B. and LL.M in 1955 and 1962, respectively. On October 21, 1987, Creedon was awarded an honorary doctor of laws degree by the Board of Regents of The University of the State of New York.
