John Francis O'Hara

John Francis O'Hara, CSC (August 1, 1888 – August 28, 1960) was an American Catholic leader. He served as president of the University of Notre Dame (1934-45) and as Archbishop of Philadelphia from 1951 until his death, and was elevated to the cardinalate in 1958.
