Joseph Salvatore "Skinny Joey" Merlino (born March 16, 1962) is the boss of the Philadelphia crime family despite various front and acting bosses being officially the boss, and is said to have led it primarily in extortion, bookmaking, drug trafficking, and loan sharking.
