In 2006 Cadbury married businesswoman Divia Lalvani in Thailand. Cadbury and Lalvani have three children together.
Lalvani is the daughter of Binatone founder Gulu Lalvani. With Rainer Becker and Arjun Waney, Divia launched Zuma, the Japanese restaurant in London. After selling her stake in Zuma in 2003, she now concentrates on her range of Divia teas and the development of the Royal Phuket Marina in Thailand, with her father.
